Detailed Itinerary
Days 1-2 | Tarangire: The Land of the Giants
Day 1: Arusha – Transfer to Tarangire (Approx. 2 hours, 30 minutes)
Pick up from your Arusha hotel at 7a.m. and depart for Tarangire. You will arrive by mid-morning where you will have an introductory game drive before you check in at the camp/lodge for lunch. Have lunch, relax and later enjoy another game drive at 4o’clock.
Overnight: Maramboi/Sopa
Meals: Lunch & Dinner
Day 2: Tarangire – Morning & afternoon game drives
Have morning and afternoon game drives on this day.
Overnight: Maramboi/Sopa
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
Days 3-5 | Serengeti: Africa’s Greatest Wildlife Stage
Day 3: Tarangire – Transfer to Serengeti (Approx. 4 hours)
Have breakfast and immediately depart for Serengeti to arrive in time for lunch. Have a game drive as you head to the lodge for lunch. After lunch relax by the and later have another game drive at 4o’clock.
Overnight: Tortilis/Serena/Kubu Kubu
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.
Day 4 & 5: Serengeti – Full day game drive
Have breakfast then depart for full-day game drives carrying packed lunch with you. Enjoy searching for wildlife in this vast savannah land.
Alternatively, have morning and afternoon game drives
Overnight: Tortilis/Serena/Kubu Kubu
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
Day 6 | Ngorongoro: A Descent into the Lost World
Day 6: Serengeti – Transfer to Ngorongoro (Approx. 3 hours)
Have breakfast and immediately head to Ngorongoro. You will arrive and have a game drive to the foot of the crater. You will have picnic lunch on this day. Later head to the lodge for dinner.
Overnight: Ngorongoro Serena/Farm House
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
Days 7-11 | Zanzibar: Tropical Bliss on the Indian Ocean
Day 7: Ngorongoro – Transfer to Arusha – Zanzibar by flight
Have breakfast then depart for Arusha for an early afternoon flight to Zanzibar. Upon landing, our driver will pick you and be dropped at booked hotel.
Overnight: Kisiwa On The Beach/Melia Zanzibar
Meal Plan: Half Board/All Inclusive
Day 8-10: Zanzibar
Own activities
Overnight: Kisiwa On The Beach/Melia Zanzibar
Meal Plan: Half Board/All Inclusive
Day 11: Zanzibar – Transfer to the Zanzibar airport, fly to Kilimanjaro
You will have a transfer to the airport for a flight to Kilimanjaro where you will connect with your outbound flight.
