Day 1: Nairobi – Transfer to Samburu (Approx. 5 Hours)
Your guide will pick from your Nairobi hotel at 6.30a. and immediately depart for Samburu passing through the equator line to Samburu land. Arrive with and have a short game drive en route to the camp for lunch. After lunch, relax before a game drive at 4p.m. Samburu hosts unique animals like the Reticulated Giraffe, Grevy’s Zebra, Beisa Oryx, the Blue-legged Somali Ostrich, and long-necked gerenuk.
Overnight: Samburu Ashnil/Elephant Bedroom Camp
Meals: Lunch & Dinner
Day 2: Samburu – Morning & Afternoon game drives
Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives in search of unique northern Kenya species. Much of the reserve consists of desert landscape; dusty red plains broken by thorny scrub, featuring dramatic views of table top Mt Ol Olokwe on the horizon. All meals are taken at the camp.
Optional Activities – Cultural tour & A visit to Reteti Elephant Sanctuary

Day 3: Samburu – Transfer to Nairobi
Have breakfast then have another game drive as you leave the park. You will stop for lunch en route. Later be dropped off in your hotel or airport.
