This 10-day Kenya safari begins from the coast and takes you through a carefully selected route covering five iconic destinations. The journey starts with wildlife encounters in Tsavo East and Tsavo West, followed by the elephant-rich plains of Amboseli with views of Mount Kilimanjaro.
Continue north to the Rift Valley for a boat ride on Lake Naivasha and a nature walk on Crescent Island before heading to the legendary Maasai Mara for two days of exceptional game viewing.
Expect encounters with lions, elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, cheetahs, and possibly the seasonal Great Migration. The safari ends with a scenic drive back to Nairobi for your onward journey.

Detailed Itinerary
Days 1-2 | Tsavo East National Park (Red Elephants & Aruba Dam)
Day 1: Diani/Mombasa/Malindi – Transfer to Tsavo East (Approx. 2-3 hours)
You will be picked by the driver from your Beach Hotel at 7 a.m. and immediately head for Tsavo East. You will arrive by mid-morning and have a game drive en route to the lodge for lunch. Afternoon game drive is at 4p.m.
Overnight: Ashnil Aruba/Voi Wildlife/Satao Camp
Meals: Lunch & Dinner
Day 2: Tsavo East – Full-day game drive
Have either full-day game drive with picnic lunch or morning and afternoon game drives.
Overnight: Ashnil Aruba/Voi Wildlife/Satao Camp
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
Days 3 | Tsavo West National Park (Mzima Springs & Lava Flows).
Day 3: Tsavo East – Transfer to Tsavo West (Approx. 2-3 hours)
Have breakfast then depart for Tsavo West to arrive before lunch time. Afternoon you will visit Mzima Springs where you may view the crocodiles and hippos swimming under water.
Overnight: Kilaguni Serena/Voyager Ziwani

Days 4–5: Amboseli National Park (Elephants & Kilimanjaro Views)
Day 4: Tsavo West – Transfer to Amboseli (Approx. 3 hours)
Have breakfast and immediately depart for Amboseli enjoying a short game drive as you leave the park. You will arrive in Amboseli before lunch time. Check in and later enjoy lunch then relax before your afternoon game drive at 4 O’clock for 2 hours. Return later to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Overnight: Kibo/Amboseli Serena or Ol Tukai/Tawi Lodge
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
Day 5: Amboseli – Full day
Have a morning game drive from 6a.m. till 9a.m. Return to the camp for breakfast. Afternoon game drive is at 3o’clock for 3 hours.
Overnight: Kibo/Amboseli Serena or Ol Tukai/Tawi Lodge
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
Day 6: Lake Naivasha (Boat Safari & Crescent Island)
Day 6: Amboseli – Transfer to Lake Naivasha (Approx. 5-6 hours)
Have breakfast then depart for Lake Naivasha to arrive in time for lunch. After lunch you will have a boat ride to Crescent Island where you will have a guided nature walk.
Overnight: Crescent Camp/Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge/Chui Lodge
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
Days 7–10: Masai Mara National Reserve (The Big Five)
Day 7: Lake Naivasha – Transfer to Maasai Mara (Approx. 4-5 hours)
Have breakfast then depart for Maasai Mara to arrive for lunch at the camp. Have lunch then relax before an afternoon game drive at 3 o’clock till 6p.m.
Overnight: Zebra Plains/Ashnil Mara or Sarova Mara/Entim Camp or Mara Bush Camp (Private Wing)
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
Day 8 & 9: Maasai Mara – Full day
These 2 days will be spent with full-day game drives that lead one to some of Africa’s largest lion prides, herds of zebra, antelopes, buffaloes, wildebeest, giraffes, cheetahs, and hyenas. There will be picnic lunch during the day.
Alternatively, have morning and afternoon game drives with the rest of the time spent at the camp or take one full-day and another morning and afternoon game drives.
Optional Activities: Balloon ride and visit to Maasai Village
Overnight: Zebra Plains/Ashnil Mara or Sarova Mara/Entim Camp or Mara Bush Camp (Private Wing)

Day 10: Maasai Mara – Transfer to Nairobi (Approx. 5 hours)
Have breakfast then depart for Nairobi with lunch en route. Later be dropped off at the airport or your hotel.
