Bisate Lodge
Bisate is a lodge comprised of just six conical thatch-roofed villas embedded in a lush forest. Spacious balconies look out on the mountain tops and the valley.
The villas jut out of a luxurious forest. The suites resemble Rwandan royal huts. Inside they are warm and opulent. Each has a bedroom, bathroom, lounge, fireplace, and balcony.
A kitchen garden provides fresh food. Locals reclaimed the site of the lodge from soil erosion. Guests can help with this restoration by planting trees.
