Deposit Payment
- A deposit of 40% of the total amount is required to confirm a safari. This can be sent to our bank account via wire transfer or by credit card through our online payment platform. We will share an invoice with DPo payment link.
- The balance of 60% is to be settled same way 1 week to start of safari or cash upon arrival.
Notes:
- Credit card payments attract an extra fee of 4%
- All payments to ‘To Go Kenya Tours & Safaris’ are in USD
Cancellation policy
In case a booking is canceled, the following cancellation fees shall apply:
Confirmation date:
- 60 days to safari – 25% of the deposit and bank/card charges are forfeited
- 59 – 30 days to safari – 50% of the deposit and bank/card charges are forfeited
- 29 – 0 days to safari – 100% of the deposit and bank/card charges are forfeited.
- No show: 100% forfeited
- Note that the specific hotel and airline cancellation policies will also apply
- There are no refunds for any services, i.e., meals, sightseeing, etc., not utilized on your tour
