Your 7-Day Luxury Safari Itinerary

Day 1: Nairobi – Transfer to Amboseli (Approx. 4 hours)

You will be picked from your hotel at 7a.m and immediately depart for Amboseli to arrive by mid-morning. Afternoon game drive is at 3/4p.m.

Overnight: Kibo/Ol Tukai or Serena/Tawi

Meals: Lunch & Dinner

Day 2: Amboseli – Full day

Spend this day with a morning and afternoon game drives with the rest of the time spent in the camp.

Alternatively, have an early morning game drive, then a picnic breakfast followed by another game drive till around 11a.m or noon when you head back to the lodge. Later have another game drive at 4p.m.

Optional Activities – Balloon ride & Cultural tour

Overnight: Kibo/Ol Tukai or Serena/Tawi

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 3: Amboseli – Transfer to Lake Naivasha via Nairobi (Approx. 6 hrs)

Have breakfast then transfer to Lake Naivasha to arrive in time for lunch. Afternoon will be spent with a boat ride to Crescent Island.

Overnight: Lake Naivasha Sopa/Chui Lodge
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 4: Lake Naivasha - transfer to Lake Nakuru (Approx. 2 hours)

Have breakfast then depart for Lake Nakuru to arrive by mid-morning. Have a game drive en route to the lodge. Afternoon game drive is at 3/4p.m.

Overnight: Sarova Lion Hill/Sarova Woodlands

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 5: Lake Nakuru – Transfer Maasai Mara (Approx. 5 hours)

Have breakfast then depart for Mara to arrive in time for lunch. Afternoon game drive is at 3 or 4p.m. till 6p.m.

Overnight: Basecamp or Zebra Plains/Sarova or Ashnil/Mara Bush Camp/Kichwa Tembo

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 6: Maasai Mara – Full day

Spend this with a full-day game drive in search of the big five and many other wildlife that inhabits this beautiful savannah plain. There will be picnic lunch during the day.

Optional activities: Hot air balloon & guided nature walks

Overnight: Basecamp or Zebra Plains/Sarova or Ashnil/Mara Bush Camp/Kichwa

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 7: Maasai Mara – Transfer to Nairobi (Approx. 5 hours)

Have breakfast then head to Nairobi. Have lunch and thereafter be dropped off at your hotel or airport.
