Tour Detail
Days 1-2 | Samburu: The Rugged Northern Frontier
Day 1: Nairobi – Transfer to Samburu (Approx. 5 hours)
You will be picked at 7a.m from your Nairobi hotel and immediately depart for Samburu passing through the equator line to Samburu land. You will have a game drive en route to the camp. Afternoon game drive is at 4p.m. for 2 hours.
Samburu Park has unique residents including the Reticulated Giraffe, Grevy’s Zebra, Beisa Oryx and the Blue legged Somali Ostrich.
Overnight: Samburu Ashnil/Elephant Bedroom Camp

Day 2: Samburu – Full day
Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives in search of unique northern Kenya species. Much of the reserve consists of desert landscape; dusty red plains broken by thorny scrub, featuring dramatic views of table top Mt Ol Olokwe on the horizon. All meals are taken at the camp.

Days 3-4 | Ol Pejeta: A Leader in Wildlife Conservation
Day 3: Samburu – Transfer to Sweetwaters Game Sanctuary (Approx. 3 hrs)
Have breakfast and depart for Sweetwaters to arrive before lunch time. After lunch, enjoy an afternoon game drive, observe chimps from the Jane Goodall Institute at the Sweetwaters Chimpanzee Sanctuary and a visit to Rhino Sanctuary.
Overnight: Pelican House or Sweetwaters
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
Day 4: Sweetwaters – Full-day
Have morning and afternoon game drives in the park. You will visit Baraka the blind rhino and Sweetwaters Chimpanzee Sanctuary.
Optional Activities – night game drives, lion tracking, guided bush walks, a visit to Northern White Rhinos (All at an extra cost)
Overnight: Sweetwaters Tented Camp/Pelican House

Day 5 | Lake Nakuru: The Pink Flamingo & Rhino Sanctuary
Day 5: Sweetwaters – Transfer to Lake Nakuru (Approx. 3 hours)
Have early breakfast then depart for Lake Nakuru to arrive in time for lunch. After lunch you will have a game drive at 3/4p.m.
Overnight: Sarova Lion Hill Game Lodge
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
Days 6-7 | Masai Mara: Africa’s Greatest Wildlife Stage
Day 6: Lake Nakuru – Transfer to Maasai Mara (Approx. 5-6 hours)
Have an early breakfast then depart for Maasai Mara to arrive for lunch at the camp. Have lunch then relax before an afternoon game drive at 4o’clock.
Overnight: Zebra Plains or Basecamp/Ashnil or Sarova/Entim or Mara Bush Camp
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
Day 7: Maasai Mara – Full day
Spend this day with a morning & afternoon game drive or a full-day game drive with picnic lunch.
Optional activities: Hot air balloon, a visit to Maasai village & guided nature walks

Days 8-12 | Diani Beach: Tropical Bliss on the Indian Ocean
Day 8: Maasai Mara – Transfer to Diani by afternoon flight
Have breakfast then depart for Nairobi to catch an afternoon flight to Ukunda, Diani. Upon arrival in Diani, our driver will transfer you to the hotel.
